MatTek IVLSL will lead a presentation at CAAT Academy in Brussels, Belgium. The course, In Vitro Skin & Eye Models – Part 1, will focus on OECD guidelines for local toxicity testing. The presentation will demonstrate MatTek’s EpiOcular product’s applicability for eye irritation, according to OECD TG 492.
The course will take place Thursday, June 1, 2017, through Friday, June 2, 2017. On Thursday, MatTek IVLSL will conduct a half-hour lecture led by Dr. Helena Kandarova, Executive Director of MatTek IVLSL. The remainder of the course will include hands-on training of OECD TG 492 – EpiOcular Eye Irritation, led by Dr. Helena Kandarova and Dr. Silvia Letasiova, Senior Scientist and Production Manager of MatTek IVLSL
